natalie martin - london

Natalie studied  Fine Art at Essex University and currently works as a scenic painter in London. She has collaborated on events such as The Brit Awards (sets for Rag n Bone Man, Rita Ora), London fashion week (designers Burberry, Chanel, Peter Pilotto), the Film Premier of Fantastic Beasts 2, and sets for The justice League 'Experience'. Other work includes the distressing and antiquing at various branches of Perfume Boutique Le Labo, and beauty brand Deciem, along with painting/sculpting the dreamlike window displays for luxury department store Hermes. She recently worked with Designer Anna Parks to help realise her vision for the murky soundscape installation 'Sunken Cargo' held at the OXO Tower.
Natalie's own artistic practice comprises painting, collage and sculpture, and is often inspired by everyday materials and the relationship between nature and the manmade. Her work has been exhibited at Truemans Brewery; Brick Lane, Atillier Gallery, TAP; Southend, and the Bargehouse; Embankment. Natalie's other passion is music, and she plays guitar in alternative pop band Usselman, and ska funk band Dirty Fairies.
